It is with great sadness that we learned of the death of the double (almost triple) Tour de France winner Laurent Fignon, only 50 years of age. Laurent had asked us in 2008 to introduce our recumbent line in his training center in the french Pyrenees mountains. We have known him as a man of great kindness and subtlety. His struggle with cancer was a great lesson of life. His sincerity and humble frankness, his positive and outward attitude during his treatment, were all the signs of a great man. After his cycling career he has shown another talent at the french television, commentating all major cycle events, with the same uncompromised style. His early death represents a great loss for many cyclists. Adieu Monsieur Fignon.
