Robin Boucher went for gold at the World Championships on the Formula 1 circuit in Monza, Italy in June. The french rider used his Optima Xlow (extra low version of the standard Baron) to become overall winner of the unfaired category. Robin states that he benefitted from capitalizing many points on short distances and that it could be argued the shorter races were too much favoured receiving equal points as the long distances. Congratulations to Robin for his performance and we wish him and his wife all the best with the upcoming baby.
